Teachers aren’t just educators; they are men and women who change lives every day, who have this job at their core. They’re an inspiration, and it was our job to inspire them to choose Atlanta Public Schools. Below are two concepts for the Teacher Recruitment campaign.

For our first concept, we honed in on the exceptional qualities of teachers. Fearless leaders. Revolutionary thinkers. Boundary breakers. The things you want teachers to have. And the things students need them to have.
Connection is key for the second concept. The connections between teachers and their students. The connection between teachers and their passion for education. We combined that with emotional imagery to create the a great concept.
The client decided on a variation of both concepts, and we couldn’t be happier with the final result.
